PlayStation Vita, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PS TV are finally getting a proper Twitch app this fall, Twitch CEO Emmett Shear announced. People on those devices will be able to watch any stream on the service, including non-PlayStation streams, with full chat support and even have full support for emoticons.
